From my more than 25 years as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, assistant group fitness director, fitness manager and industry recruiter, I can share with you best practices of those who have grown lengthy and fulfilling careers as fitness professionals. A few examples of what my training and experience include are post-rehab, mobility, Olympic lifting (NCCP Level 1), exercise programming, many group fitness class styles and using music to power up workouts. I am also honoured to currently Chair the advisory board for the Personal Fitness Trainer diploma program at NAIT and sit on the industry advisory boards of the PFT diploma program at Mount Royal University respectively in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta.
